How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 24-48 hours to ship all store orders. Please note that neither FedEx or UPS have service guarantees other than priority overnight. If your purchase is time sensitive, you would need to select priority overnight service. We also suggest you contact us at 248-853-6800 with any questions.
Please explain gently used?
All of our products have been removed from our existing rentals. We do not sell products that we would not rent. Many products are removed due to being discontinued in our rental line. As such, all of our products are Sold As-Is and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Can I return products?
All of our products are Sold As-Is, and as such, there is no refunds on your purchase.
